You can consult any of marketing department coordinators in Ekaterinburg or Moscow regarding the procedure of replication ordering. Coordinator will make your order calculation, propose the way of delivery, and answer any of your questions. After that the contract for discs manufacture shall be concluded, the invoice shall be issued and the source materials shall be accepted for the process of manufacture. Coordinator that has taken your order would control its fulfillment through all the manufacturing stages as well as its shipment. In case any questions arise, he/she will inform you immediately.

The compulsory condition of our taking the order for audiovisual works and phonograms replication is fulfilling the requirements of Clauses 3b and 3c of Provisions on Licensing the Activities on Reproduction (Copying) of Audiovisual Works and Phonograms on Any Media. In compliance with the above Clauses, the manufacturer is obliged to get the documents from a customer confirming his rights for an order replication. That is why along with source materials, we expect you to kindly provide us with the following:

“… agreements (agreement copies attested according to the established procedure) for acquisition of author’s and/or neighbouring rights for reproduction, permits for reproduction issued by companies for collective managing the property rights of author’s and/or neighbouring rights owners, as well as the availability of distribution certificates (distribution certificate copies attested according to the established procedure) for audiovisual works if necessary”, and also the documents “…with indication of name of a product, name of works being the part this product…”.
