CD and DVD Manufacturing Equipment

Establishing the compact disc manufacture we have always strived for keeping up to date and using the best equipment available to manufacture the top quality discs. During the years passed since the manufacture launch the CD and DVD replication equipment has been renovated completely.

• Presently we use the SKYLINE and SKYLINE II replication lines by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (Germany) for the CD manufacture.
• STEAG DVD 2200 IV lines by STEAG HamaTech (Germany) are used for DVD replication.
• New AM Master mastering system by Singulus Mastering b.v. (the Netherlands) is used for stamper production.
• Discs are printed with K15I "High Speed" WERNER KAMMANN.
• In 2005 the new unique Screen/Offset Printing Machine K15-40 by WERNER KAMMANN MASCHINENFABRIK GMBH&CO. KG (Germany) has been started.
